How do I care for my jewellery?

We want you to enjoy your gorgeous jewellery for years to come! Our pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, and 18k gold plating, all of which are tarnish-free—but only if cared for properly. To keep your jewelry looking as stunning as the day you got it, follow these care guidelines:

Avoid water – This includes swimming, showering, or washing your hands while wearing your jewellery.

Remove before applying lotions, oils, or chemicals – Products like body lotion, perfume, or cleaning products can affect the shine and finish of your jewellery.

Use a polishing cloth – For extra shine, use a dry polishing cloth to keep your pieces looking brand new. We highly recommend our 925 sterling silver polishing cloths (available for less than £3 on our site!).

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we have an all-sales-are-final policy, meaning we cannot process refunds due to hygiene reasons. This ensures the safety and cleanliness of our products for all customers.

Also once an order is placed and the label is printed, we cannot cancel or modify it. Please double-check your order before confirming!

 

What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking details. Occasionally, delays can occur due to high shipping volumes or courier issues. If your package has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbour or local Evri store. What if I receive a damaged item?

We take great care in packaging our items to prevent any damage during shipping. However, if your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your item is damaged in transit, please reach out to the carrier (e.g., Evri) directly, as we are not responsible for issues during delivery. Please ensure the item has not been tampered with or taken out of its original packaging as we will be unable to help if this is the case, due to hygiene purposes.

 

What if I received the wrong item?

We always strive to get your order right! However, if we don’t have the exact item you ordered in stock, we may send you a similar piece as a replacement. We do this so we can ship your order as quickly as possible.


What if I order the wrong size?

All our products have the size clearly stated in the product description. Please check carefully before ordering. If your jewellery doesn’t fit and you need an exchange, feel free to contact us. We may be able to help you to return the item to us, once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll ship out the correct size or offer you store credit depending on the situation. Please note that this is not viable for a prepaid return and will be expected to be organised by the customer. 


What if I change my mind after placing an order?

We totally get it! However, once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.


Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK.


Can I collaborate with you or do you do PR?

We’re not doing collaborations or PR at the moment, but we will keep you posted if this changes!


Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer beautiful gift wrapping options to make your jewellery even more special.


How long does delivery take?

We ship all orders within 24-72 hours. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days within the UK. However you can use express delivery if you’re needing it sooner.
