Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Our team begins preparing your sparkle straight away, and due to the fast-paced nature of our store (especially during live events), we are unable to stop or refund an order once it’s confirmed.

This includes:

• Mystery Bags
• Stick or Twist games
• Klarna & Buy Now, Pay Later checkouts

Klarna & Buy Now, Pay Later Info

We’re proud to offer Klarna as a payment option – allowing you to shop now and pay later with flexibility. However, once you’ve checked out using Klarna:

• The order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item arrives damaged.
• Payments are handled by Klarna, so for any payment plan questions, you’ll need to contact them directly

Using Klarna doesn’t change our final-sale policy. So please only use Klarna if you’re certain you want to complete the purchase.

📦 We Do Not Accept Change of Mind Cancellations

We understand things happen, but due to the limited nature of our stock and how quickly items sell out, we do not accept cancellations for change of mind, incorrect item choice, or any accidental checkout (this includes if you select the wrong payment method).
