At Veva Boutique, we pour love, care, and a sprinkle of magic into every single order – and we hope you adore your new jewellery as much as we adore creating it for you! 

However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery sales are final. This applies to:

  • All regular jewellery purchases
  • All Mystery Bags
  • All Stick or Twist game items (once you stick or twist, that choice is final – no swaps, refunds, or cancellations)

Please double-check your choices before completing your order – once it’s placed, we get to work packaging your sparkle with love! 

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event your jewellery arrives damaged or there’s a genuine issue, don’t panic – just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to sort it for you. We want you to feel totally confident shopping with us 

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct before checking out – we cannot make changes once your order is placed due to anti-fraud and seller protection rules. We post exactly as entered at checkout.

If the wrong address is given and the parcel is lost, Veva Boutique cannot be held responsible. If your order is returned to us, you will need to cover the cost for it to be re-shipped.

Mystery Bags, Stick or Twist & Surprises

Due to the surprise nature of our mystery bags and games, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the item isn’t to your personal taste. That’s all part of the fun and magic of mystery shopping! 

Limited Stock & Item Availability

We cannot reserve or hold items. Our stock is limited and high in demand – so if you see something you love, don’t wait! First to checkout secures it 

Processing Times

All orders are packed and posted within 1–3 working days, especially after busy live events. We hand-pack everything with care to make sure your unboxing moment feels just as special as the jewellery inside
