1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to pack all orders on the same day or the following day after your purchase.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed, ensuring your jewellery is on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Please note that processing and dispatch times may vary slightly during exceptionally busy periods, weekends and bank holidays.

2. UK Shipping & Delivery

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing a reliable and fully tracked delivery service.

  • Courier: Royal Mail
  • Shipping Service: Tracked 48
  • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Order Processing: Same day or next day
  • Dispatch: Within 48 hours

Once you receive your dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking link, you should expect your order to arrive within approximately 2–3 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed. Weekends, bank holidays and unexpected courier delays may affect delivery times.

3. Tracking Your Order

Every UK order is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number and tracking link.

You can use this information to:

  • Check when Royal Mail has received your parcel.
  • Follow your parcel’s progress through the Royal Mail network.
  • View delivery updates and your estimated delivery date.
  • Receive confirmation once your parcel has been delivered.

Please allow a little time after receiving your dispatch email for Royal Mail to scan your parcel and activate your tracking information.

4. Delivery Delays

Although we always aim to ensure your jewellery arrives promptly, occasional delays may occur once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail.

These can include adverse weather conditions, bank holidays, exceptionally busy delivery periods or unexpected courier disruptions.

Once your order has been dispatched, we recommend checking your Royal Mail tracking link regularly for the most accurate delivery updates.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including their postcode and any relevant flat or building numbers.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.

We will do our best to amend your details before dispatch. However, once an order has been handed over to Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

If an incorrect address results in a parcel being returned to us, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including any applicable redelivery costs.

6. Missing or Undelivered Parcels

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check any designated safe places, your letterbox and with other members of your household.

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review your tracking information and, where appropriate, raise an enquiry with Royal Mail to investigate the delivery.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
