Size Guide

We want you to feel as confident as possible when choosing your pieces, which is why we have provided the sizing information below as a general guide. As many of our designs can vary slightly depending on the style, shape, and overall design of the piece, we always recommend reading the full product description before placing your order. Where exact sizing is available, this will usually be stated on the product page to help you choose the best fit.

Bracelet Sizing

Most of our bracelets measure between 18cm and 20cm, making them suitable for a comfortable standard fit. Exact measurements may vary slightly depending on the design and style of the piece.

Necklace Sizing

Most of our necklaces are approximately 45cm in length, which is our standard necklace size. Some designs may be slightly longer or shorter depending on the style. We also sell necklace extenders, which are perfect for adjusting the fit and creating your preferred length.

Ring Sizing

If a ring size is shown on the product page, this means the ring is a fixed size. If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend using a ring sizer to compare your measurements before placing your order. If no ring size is listed on the product page, this means the ring is adjustable and designed to fit most sizes comfortably.

Earring Sizing

Most of our earrings measure approximately 8mm in diameter, although some styles may vary slightly depending on the design.

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 1–2 business days. For engraved pieces, please allow 3–4 business days for dispatch due to the additional processing time required.

After dispatch, standard delivery usually arrives within 2–3 business days, while express delivery generally arrives within 1–2 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on stock availability, order volumes, seasonal demand, weather conditions, and your delivery location. In the event of any delays with Royal Mail, we will notify you by email where possible.
