1. Join the Club

Subscribe before the last day of this month to secure your spot for next month’s exclusive mystery box. Miss the deadline, and you’ll have to wait until the following month!

2. Unlock Exclusive 925 Sterling Silver Charms

Each month, you’ll receive two exclusive 925 sterling silver charms, crafted in our best-selling and most popular color. These charms are tarnish-free and built to last. Exclusively available to Charm Club members, they’re the perfect way to grow your personal collection. As a member, you’ll be well on your way to building a stunning, unique charm bracelet that reflects your individuality!

3. Dispatch Schedule

Any subscription orders placed on or before the last day of the month will be shipped out in the 3rd week of the following month. Be sure to set up your subscription before the 1st day of the new month to receive your charms in that month’s Exclusive Charm Club Box.

4. Cancel Anytime

Important Note: Once payment for a subscription has been processed, it cannot be canceled. However, you can cancel your subscription for the following month to prevent future charges and shipments. If payment has already been taken, the current subscription box will still be processed and shipped as scheduled.

5. Leave A Review & Share the Excitement

6. No Returns, Just Excitement

Use a polishing cloth – For extra shine, use a dry polishing cloth to keep your pieces looking brand new. We highly recommend our 925 sterling silver polishing cloths (available for less than £3 on our site!).

Yes! All of our jewelry is tarnish-free as long as you follow our care guide, which is included in your package and available on our website. We use high-quality materials like 18k gold plating and 925 sterling silver to ensure long-lasting beauty and durability.

All our products have the size clearly stated in the product description. If it isn't stated on the item you are wanting to order, we highly advise asking us on our live chat before purchasing to ensure its the perfect fit before ordering. Please check carefully before ordering. If your jewellery doesn’t fit and you need an exchange, feel free to contact us. We may be able to help you to return the item to us, unfortunately this isn't viable for a free return, once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll ship out the correct size or offer you store credit depending on the situation.

We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers in the UK, Germany, and the USA.

Please note the following important information regarding customs and import duties: International Orders & Customs Fees

•Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are set by your country’s government.

•These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

•We have no control over these fees, and we cannot predict the exact amount, as they vary by country.Who Pays for Import Fees?

•If you are ordering from Germany or the USA, you are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and VAT/GST upon delivery. This is usually only the case on orders £150+ so we recommend splitting orders in half to avoid this.

•If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, we can issue a refund for the item(s) excluding shipping costs, once the package is received back in its original condition.

•Customs Declarations
We are required to accurately declare the value and nature of the items on all customs forms. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue shipments to avoid customs fees, as this is illegal.

We totally get it! However, once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Unfortunately, we have an all-sales-are-final policy, meaning we cannot process refunds due to hygiene reasons. This ensures the safety and cleanliness of our products for all customers.
