Remove before applying lotions, oils, or chemicals – Products like body lotion, perfume, or cleaning products can affect the shine and finish of your jewelry.
Use a polishing cloth – For extra shine, use a dry polishing cloth to keep your pieces looking brand new. We highly recommend our 925 sterling silver polishing cloths (available for less than £3 on our site!).

We totally get it! However, once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it.
